BLINK Immigration was founded by Oscar Burillo, a Certified Immigration Consultant by the Canadian government, with a license to handle cases ranging from tourist visas to refugee claims (Class License for IRB Practice, RCIC-IRB). Oscar is a member in good standing of the CICC and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants. Originally from Mexico, he has 20 years of professional legal experience.
